i think Yamamoto looks a bit similar to Morinozuka Takashi from Ouran High School Host Club,
and the chibi Yamamoto looks a bit similar to chibi Tres Iqus from Trinity Blood manga
i also think that Kid Lambo looks a bit similar to Tamama from Keroro Gunsou
and yeah, i also thought that Tsuna looked like Sena a lot
