Kagerou Project & Kagerou Days (manga) review

nee nee~ shitteru? watashi wa nee~ vocaloid uta no FAN desu!x3

agah! this is odd XD to be typing almost fully in japanese... (especially when my japanese kinda suck XD) nee nee~ ya know?~ i'm actually a Vocaloid song fan! x3~ and and~ just recently i discovered the magic of the Vocaloid Ranking thing on Nico Nico Douga OTL yes, it's kinda sad to be using it only after about a year creating an account there OTL...

but thanks to that, i fell in love with a composer's work: Jin!!!! (じん)

I am particularly fond of his works under Kagerou Project (カゲロウプロジェクト)... I am not so sure whether i'm referring to it the right way or not since i am considered a beginner in all these Vocaloid stuff... cause all i used to do was download blindly without looking at the composers and all... and mostly cause Usa and Hanatan and Tourai and Pokota and Yamai sang the song or something XD

anyways~ it's cause i heard the Children Record for the first time when i first open the Vocaloid ranking thing... then i was thinking, "i heard this melody before... it sounds a little like Souzou Forest"... then i clicked the mylist there and *facepalm* okay... same composer! and i'm officially a fan XD so sorry for my long winded story... i tend to do this very often XD

anyways... actually i'm just too lazy to google up the details of Kagerou Project... there are tonnes of info her on the Vocaloid wikia on Kagerou Project... and i felt like i am missing out a whole lot... i only heard half of the songs under Kagerou Project OTL...

... i will follow every single trail of Kagerou Project... after my trials... i am supposed to study for my trials right now... i'm always distracted like this! AGAH!!!!

it's cause i accidentally clicked on the Mangafox icon on my browser and my eyes landed on a new upload: Kagerou Days... my eyes popped out when i saw Jin and Shidu under the author... and so i end up reading it... OTL *covers face and cries* i really need to study soon...

Spoiler alert~ but not much... since i got more from the Vocaloid wikia page =3=~ however i am referring solely to the manga... i don't want to mix things up!

So all in this chapter is that Shintaro is a shut-in for 2 years and he compose songs in hopes to rank #1 in Nico Nico Douga... However he has this girl on his computer, Ene, who is actually kinda innocent and carefree and if i might add a total moe! x3! Ene played some pranks on Shintaro and his keyboard and mouse broke... He couldn't buy them online since the sites are on a break and sorts he had to go out and buy them himself... that's cause he can't survive a day without his PC~ He went out feeling the heat of the summer and thats all in the Heat Haze Days (Kagerou Days) Chapter 0....

okay, my personal views now~ throughout the whole chapter, i was smiling~ i felt like i could understand Shintaro and all *nods nods* yes, the life where you feel like you can't live without the computer and all~ and Ene is just so cute~ but then i think this chapter in whole is not a very good one... T_T~ sorry Jin... but referring only to manga... this is not a good start... it doesn't give me an impression that this will turn out to be a good manga... if i'm not a fan of the songs of Kagerou Project, i don't think i will remember to check for the release of the second chapter... the storyline is not much and the character kinda lacks originality... the art too T_T~ Shintaro especially... but Ene looks kinda normal here :x somewhat... maybe because of the art and all... it feels totally different from seeing her in Headphone Actor. (i shall conveniently embed the PV here)


i personally prefer the Ene with the more mysterious feeling to it... i think that is why i thought the manga was not a real good start cause it didn't build up any curiosity and it didn't had enough charm that is present in some other slice of life manga i read... But i have to admit another thing, Ene ddo have some cuteness power to her~ XD

And i kinda feel that this manga will be kinda slow-paced T_T~ Art wise, it's just decent~ but i think it's well-suited for the series~ The humour level is just okay also~

Overall... my impression on this manga it's kinda bad... if it was a standalone manga without the songs.... i really would not anticipate for the next chapters T_T~ (so sorry) but since there seems to be a promising storyline from the summary at the Vocaloid wikia and it will link the songs all together~ i will keep myself updated with the chapters to come! and also~ the character designs, i really liked them all! so i wanna see the characters appearing soon in the chapters!

okay~ just to fill in some gap~ i'ma telling you guys my favourite character is theperson from Mekakushi Code!~


i like this song a lot too!~ Mekakushi Code is what got me really hooked on Kagerou Project~ i thought, "This guy in the video is really cool" All this while... until today when i saw the wikia, "OMG!!!! his name is Kido Tsubomi!" .... then i saw that that character is a girl... OTL... i'm so sorry Kida... all the while i thought you are a guy... gomen T_T~ but i still like her! she is so damn cool X3!!

My favourite song from Kagerou Project is Kisaragi Attention~

i like how this song bring about a total different feeling from the other songs~ x3~ and also the PV is real cute!!! x3~ Souzou Forest is nice too~

but i still prefer Kisaragi Attention~

My next favourite is Konoha no Sekai Jijou~

i find this song super super cool~ x3~

then comes what brought about the name of the project (i think) Kagerou Days~ also the most popular song up till now~

i think this song had a lot of character in it~ the melody and all~ it's real unique~ but it's not really my liking as compared to Kisaragi Attention and Konoha no Sekai Jijou XD~ so yah~

Then comes Children Record~

It's also another cool song~ i have an extreme fondness toward cool songs like this~ along with the goddamn cool kickass PV!!! *drools*

Mekakushi Code comes next~ then its Souzou Forest~ Headphone Actor and Jinzou Enemy~ i have not listened to the other songs yet~ so thats how i rank Kagerou Project's songs~ don't kill me or anything~ that's just what i think~ XP~

and my favourite character designs are Kido and Ene~ both for their coolness~ but why Ene is so so cute in the manga?! that kinda shocked me a little...

i am a beginner with these things~ i shall equip myself with more knowledge on this~ once i equip myself with knowledge to face my trials first.... till then~ ja ne~~~

you know right... i don't have much to say about this chappie... but i want to talk about something else~ two days ago~ i sat down on the couch and watch two episodes of KHR back-to-back on TV~~~ it was Saturday and it's aired on 8TV from 3-4pm~~ it's around the part in the Future Arc where TYL Yamamoto just made his appearance and i was drooling like mad... XD~~ i sang along with the opening song, 88~ and i sat not more than 1 metre away from the screen... (pray hard my eyesight won't become any worse... and i'll need a specs really badly then...) i have a happy idiot face plastered on my face for the whole one hour... ignoring the advertisements where i sat there and think about everything in the future arc... omg... i'm a freak XD you know, my mum walked into the living room when i was watching and said, "Woah, you're so crazy..." *walks off* ... OTL but mum no understand the magic of KHR~ the magic of Future Arc~~ and~~~~ THE MAGIC OF YAMAMOTO!~~~ x3~~~

after thinking back... i still have to say that whole of Future Arc was the best~ with awesome plot twists and surprises x3~FUTURE ARC FTW!!!!

Dino, Tsuna, Yamamoto and Gokudera are the ones that were confirmed to be Reborn's representatives.... so if assuming if Reborn is going to recruit the rest of Tsuna's guardians, it'll be 8 people already!!! so that means, there's a huge chance that one of the guardian might not be participating! OAO! okay okay, our pineapple fairy Mukuro has switched sides to Verde... which means Chrome might be taking over the role of the mist guardian like how she always do... that means... either it's Ryohei, Lambo and Hibari...

but! BUT! yeesh, there's a but~~~ there might be a big chance that Fon might have teamed up with Hibari!!! you know why...? it's because there's Hibari look-alike disease in KHR cause Fon has always been jumping roof to roof throughout this arc... and Hibari is ALWAYS sleeping on the Namimori Chuu's rooftop... so there is a big chance that this happened...:

so Fon was jumping from roof to roof day and night, with his head trying to think of someone whom he could ask to be his representative... and suddenly... he landed on something.... that is Hibari's eyes! Hibari was sleeping on the school's rooftop and was now very angry to be disturbed. Hibari took out his tonfas only to stare awkwardly at his look-alike, just that the look-alike was a baby... "I've seen you before..." said Hibari. "Indeed..." OAO that's only four!!! that makes 3 empty slots! perhaps, after everything, Birds, Jiji and DeeDee might appear again OAO! o, what the heck... those 3 are hideous... umu umu! i can't think of anyone... and NO! i don't want Fran to join Mukuro!!! OAO! cause he belongs to Varia!!! X3

i mean, there's a big big possibility that Fran is joining Varia after all~ you see, there's only six of them, after Gola Moska was obliterated *laughs* omg... anyways... Amano Akira-san did not have any intention to fill in with another Cloud Guardian for Varia... why? it's all because Amano Akira-san is saving it for Fran~ see~ the spot is left empty even in future arc~~~~ and gosh! did you realize there's more and more Bel X Mammon moments??? Mammon is ALWAYS found together with Bel~~~ x3~ and and, in the Future arc, Fran DID mentioned that he was made to wear the frog hat when he filled in Mammon's spot right? x3~ i guess, that's Bel's doing isn't it~ X3~~~ there are moments of Bel X Fran, BUT! to me, it's all because Bel sees Fran as Mammon~ besides, there's no point for two seme-like characters to stick together.... ... ... omg, what am i saying X_X~ *shot*

nee nee~ and there's Skull, it's pretty obvious he will be recruiting the whole Shimon Family, though it might be an ultra extremely hard task XD and there's... ugh... who else? ummm, a! Colonnello~~~ x3~~ so he has Iemitsu, Oregano, Basil and Lal... OAO! he's got only four... perhaps Turmeric is goin to make his appearance~ uuu uu! and Lancia? now that i think of it... where the heck is Lancia??? ugh, i can't think of anyone else OAO since there were not much of CEDEF that was shown before this X_X

and finally, Uni-chan~ she has got the Real Six Funeral Wreaths + Gamma~ so i guess it'll be like that, with Nozaru and Tazaru ignored~ XD~ oh! oh! and what will happen to Irie??? OAO? ohya, talking about Irie, perhaps Giannini will help CEDEF out? OAO! and and SPANNER!!~~~ WHERE ISH SPANNER?!!!!!~~~

but of course, for Fon, that is, there is still one more possibility... He might be recruiting the Tomaso Family... the Longchamp's Family~~~ i think it's about time Amano Akira-san give some spotlight to him... he was in the manga's plot for a while there... don't you think he deserve more?? i know he's as useless as Tsuna, and maybe even worse... but since our dear Tsuna could become so cool in Hyper Mode... perhaps the Tomasa Family too had come up with a special bullet that will turn Longchamp into Hyper Mode and become a super cool opponent for Tsuna~ XD o what the heck, we just need to wait for the new chappie, LOL~

ohya, some may notice the final page for Chapter 355 or 354, i forgot... at Mangastream (i don't know about others, that is if there are others... o.o) there's a pic of Tsuna, Reborn and the Primo Family?~ aye~ that was the Reborn! T-shirt Vol.4 or something~ it's launched quite some time ago, but i didn't really look into it... ~_~ but i just went to Inoue Suguru's blog and he posted about it, and so i obediently went to that page and found that the T-shirt designs were pretty~~~

those are pretty interesting designs eh? x3~ i like Lampo's design~ the back of it... with Lampo's eyes and wok... XD~~~ i like Asari Ugetsu's too~~~~ x3~~~ so damn cool~ and there's that super random and sole member of Varia meddling with this Primo business~ XD but it's pretty cool too~ with knives stabbing the back *stab stab stab* no, i don't really side Yamamoto when it comes to things like this~~ i'm very fair~ but if you were to let me choose only one, i'd choose Yamamoto's no matter what :X okay fine, i'm Yamamoto biased... :X but truth to be told, Mukuro's is pretty cool too, i especially love the back of it... Hibari's is a little girlish to me o.o... and and the coolest one, are Gokudera's and Primo Family's~~~~x3~ gah~ all in all, they are all nice~~~ x3~

i've finally posted at YTChorus Forums after joining it for quite some time already~ LOL i'm now ready to audition once there is one held~ x3~ i mean, i would LOVE to gain more views from there D:

oh yea, i'm no longer that depressed anymore~ cause these things i blogged about cheered me up~ and and~~~ i got straight A's for my SPM trials~~ yeah babeh 6A+ and 4A~ heck yeah! i was worried i might not score straight A's and it turns out that i didn't even get A-(although i've begged and begged from my Accounts and get 80%~ just nice for A, LOL) i ned to study more... my Accounts and Chemistry is at the border of an A-score... @_@ need to study harder... which also means less otaku-ing.. gyah! i might die... save me...
